We're busy building this new site for Liz and we are installing profiles and modules for imagery now. A lot of build to go but making progress.

Finally! I have a second to post something on my site! Whew! I've been working overtime for a few weeks now and am going to finally show you one site here. The site is www.RossBennett.com and Ross is an amazing stand-up comic. He has written what should be a book eventually with some amazing stories of his journey through the world of a stand-up.

We had to import various items from his previous site and in fact are not through. But we did get up enough to start his new blogs and list his new tour dates. Including PARIS and AMSTERDAM ...I am so JEALOUS! And he just did the Bob and Tom Radio Show.

This one is fun cause I finally got to do a page I wanted on covering both Green news and Responsible general news gathering, together. I have long thought too many folks are getting their news from CNN and Network TV, and that's just too limited! To get any semblance of balance you need to check Reuters, and Democracy Now, and Grit TV, and Noam Chomsky etc. The more you look around the better your chances of getting a perspective and some in-depth info!

WHATS NEW AT CHELSEA WEBWORKS ???

Vel...as you can see we figured, Oye.. we got a ton of new work, so lets completely re-do our site ( we almost never get to! ) and have some fun!
So, since we live in Chelsea, (not the Hotel) and we love the history of the Chelsea Hotel we decided to make an homage. Plus the Chelsea is old and has a fine patina like us!

NICK GRIFFIN .NET ...... NICKS NEW SITE BUILD

Hoo boy! Lotta re-structuring here. Nick is a world class comedian, ( Letterman, Craig Furgeson, Comedy Central etc.) so he needed a complete CMS solution. Thats a content management system. This is very important if you need to build a comunity or have excellent comunication.
He also needed a flexible BLOG.

We decided to go with Drupal for the build because its so much faster than Joomla. I think response-time is critical. Maybe your not as impatient as I am but faster is better on the web. Course the installation was (and is) a bugger but a very sweet system when ya get it working right. Tough for me cause design is so important to me and you do have to fight the template look constantly!
