WHATS NEW AT CHELSEA WEBWORKS ???
Vel...as you can see we figured, Oye.. we got a ton of new work, so lets completely re-do our site ( we almost never get to! ) and have some fun!
So, since we live in Chelsea, (not the Hotel) and we love the history of the Chelsea Hotel we decided to make an homage. Plus the Chelsea is old and has a fine patina like us!
NICK GRIFFIN .NET ...... NICKS NEW SITE BUILD
Hoo boy! Lotta re-structuring here. Nick is a world class comedian, ( Letterman, Craig Furgeson, Comedy Central etc.) so he needed a complete CMS solution. Thats a content management system. This is very important if you need to build a comunity or have excellent comunication.
He also needed a flexible BLOG.
We decided to go with Drupal for the build because its so much faster than Joomla. I think response-time is critical. Maybe your not as impatient as I am but faster is better on the web. Course the installation was (and is) a bugger but a very sweet system when ya get it working right. Tough for me cause design is so important to me and you do have to fight the template look constantly!
